[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Unicode support (!838)

[Development of GNU's TLS library]

We have two targets (MinGW32.DLLs, MinGW64.DLLs) that produce DLLs for download. What should we do with them in regards to unicode flag? Should we build them with that flag or not? Maybe the question is would in your opinion a typical application in windows using these DLLs be built with the unicode flag?
