[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Configure option --with-nettle-mini does not work as expected (#654)

When running configure with option `--with-nettle-mini` the script still checks for a native Nettle installation on the host system and fails if it is not there (or if the version doesn't match the required minimum). I guess this is not the intended behaviour and the system should proceed with the included Nettle?
