[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Remove trailing dot from hostname input (!709)

Maybe it would be simpler to move it to lower-level, i.e., to the hostname verification function such as `gnutls_x509_crt_check_hostname2`, however it depends on what [rfc6125](https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6125) says about this case.
