[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Bootstrap fails (#514)

Mint is a Debian derivative - I have Debian unstable here (gtk-doc-tools 1.28-1).

What is the output of `ls -la | grep gtk` ? Here:
```
lrwxrwxrwx   1 tim tim      29 Jul 19 11:51 gtk-doc.m4 -> /usr/share/aclocal/gtk-doc.m4
lrwxrwxrwx   1 tim tim      36 Jul 19 11:51 gtk-doc.make -> /usr/share/gtk-doc/data/gtk-doc.make
```

Do you have the same problem when working from a fresh gnutls clone ?
