In the corresponding case for PKCS#11, we can pass the password/pin via the URI itself (e.g., by the ?pin-value option). In the tpmkey URI we didn't have such a provision. @dwmw2 is considering revising the spec for TPM2.0 though; would it make sense to have such a provision added?

That wouldn't address the issue soon enough though. Any better ideas welcome. In the meantime would it make sense to split the fixes to #600 and #601 into different MRs?
