[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Add CI tarball build (!809)

[Development of GNU's TLS library]

Nikos Mavrogiannopoulos started a new discussion on .gitlab-ci.yml:

>    artifacts:
> -    expire_in: 1 week
> +    expire_in: 2 weeks

shouldn't we make that consistent to all builds?
