[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Let bootstrap check for gperf, makeinfo, rsync, autopoint (!769)

As with makeinfo, the question is who are the target people for building from git and who is tarball building for ?

Building from git requires a fully installed+configured development environment. So I don't see a problem for rsync and makeinfo being prerequisites.

Building from tarball doesn't require a development system and thus not makeinfo, rsync, autotools, gperf, ... so why not building+testing from tarball in systems like FreeBSD, MinGW, ... ?
