[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Fix gen-mech-list.sh on Solaris / Bourne Shell (!771)

Is that the only script affected? The `$()` way is the posix way and used quite consistently in the test suite (at least in the newer tests). Do we need to support this platform with that shell or should we require bash for testing? In freebsd we do that already as several scripts fail to run.
