[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | update tlsfuzzer scripts to latest version (!774)

[Development of GNU's TLS library]

This MR addresses more than only the fuzzer. Shouldn't this be two separate MRs?

The fuzzing stuff looks okay at first glance. I don't know much about the fuzzing system that we use so somebody else should take a look also.
