[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | update tlsfuzzer scripts to latest version (!774)

They are dependable as the modification for the error code is needed to make the tlsfuzzer tests pass.

If that helps, the goal is to enable as many tests as possible from that system, while keeping any disabled tests documented (as of why we disable).
