[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | gl/inet_pton.c missing in 3.6.7 release tarball (#745)

[Development of GNU's TLS library]

We are also running into this issue. Tried downgrading to 3.4, but a nettle configure check failed (missing `nettle_cnd_memcpy`). 

> I'm not sure that this warrants a new release, as it affects only windows.

Is Windows not an officially supported platform? Prebuilt binaries are not an option for us, unfortunately.
