[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | HAVE_WRITEV checked in code, but never defined (#752)

[Development of GNU's TLS library]

We use @DEFINE_IOVEC_T@ `lib/includes/gnutls/gnutls.h.in`. This seems bad to me - it makes the tarball being dependent on the environment of the creating system/OS. On other systems, this assumption will be wrong and the tarball build will break. We should badly avoid this.
