[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Extend test cert to 2049-05-27 (!979)

[Development of GNU's TLS library]

I tried with
```
cat cert.cfg 
dn = C=GR
expiration_date = "9999-12-31 23:59:59"

certtool ... --sign-params=RSA-PSS --key-type rsa-pss --salt-size=32 -c
```

But the resulting cert looks different from the old one:
