[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | ext/record_size_limit: distinguish sending and receiving limits (!985)

shouldn't this PR update the tlsfuzzer configuration?
what about a test case that uses tlslite-ng server to test against a client and server that advertises 64 byte limit?
