(We're doing this on IRC, but for the record and for @stefanberger's benefit: your primary key must be generated *exactly* the same way as required by the standard. Which is what's in the `primaryTemplate` in your tpm2_esys.c, but your invocation of tpm2_createprimary in the test tpm2.sh script doesn't match.)
