This might be the option I am looking for.  But `gnutls-cli --priority-list` does not print “SIGN-RSA-PSS-SHA256”.  Using `gnutls-cli --priority="+SIGN-RSA-PSS-SHA256"` says “Error in priorities: no or insufficient priorities were set.”
