Initial check says no - I'm only seeing the "extended-master-secret" bit set.
This is a TLS1.3 connection, and a gnutls_ext_raw_parse() done for a client-hello from a
callback for (GNUTLS_HANDSHAKE_ANY, GNUTLS_HOOK_POST) does see the status_req extension.
