[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Fetch OSS-Fuzz corpora much faster [skip ci] (!883)

[Development of GNU's TLS library]

Would it be possible to add 1-2 lines about this script in fuzz/README.md? One reason is for me to understand what it does in order to review, and another is not to lose that information. Is my understanding correct that this script downloads the latest corpora from oss-fuzz to replace our included corpora?
