[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Allow non null terminated usernames for psk (#586)

[Development of GNU's TLS library]

See !917.

I started working on that on mid-January (see first commit), but it consistently fails to compile since then and I still don't know why. I believe it's related to !662, but don't know for sure. I want to close this as soon as possible but this compile error has me stuck.
