[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Remove typedef'ing ssize_t in gnutls.h (!916)

I think we are safe to assume `ssize_t` unconditionally during build because we already assume a functional sockets subsystem and `ssize_t` is used extensively in sockets. The concern of that code was mainly our gnutls.h header having the right includes. The current code is either too old or over-engineered; I'm for getting rid of it completely.
