[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | tests/memset[01] failing with valgrind on Debian unstable (#708)

[Development of GNU's TLS library]

These tests are ugly but validate whether `gnutls_memset` works as expected. They already avoid running under a memory sanitizer, so a solution would be to skip them when valgrind is detected.
