[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Check for Signed-off-by: in CI (!871)

[Development of GNU's TLS library]

@nmav On the FreeBSD runner, the commit author seems to be always you. That means the check script fails since it compares author's and signer's email - they both must match. Can you fix it on your side ? Else I  have to introduce an ugly work-around...
