[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | gnutls-3.6.4 release tarball isn't configured for guile 2.2 (#631)

The guile.m4 file seems to be provided by the guile package on most distributions; if upstream Guile specifies a "_guile_versions_to_search" string i'd assume that software trying to interface with Guile can expect to work with those versions. The configure script will check the actual version installed on the downstream users' computer against this string - so if the version of Guile installed on the system you build the releases on is the most recent version of Guile that works with GnuTLS, everything should be fine!

When Guile-3.0 is released, they'll most likely prepare a new guile.m4 file which might drop prior versions from the "_guile_versions_to_search" string; in that case GnuTLS might not compile on systems with Guile-3.0 only, and the bindings would have to be updated.

I feel like having the most recent version of Guile (that works with GnuTLS) on the release system should suffice.
