[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Fix libs.private in gnutls.pc for multiarch builds (!877)

[Development of GNU's TLS library]

`./configure` doesn't print out $LIBS at the end... but found in the messages:

On success
```
checking for libunistring... yes
checking how to link with libunistring... -L/usr/local/lib -lunistring
```

On failure
```
checking for library containing u8_normalize... -lunistring
```

Looks like there are two versions of libunistring installed on the TravisCI image. Can't investigate right now, but maybe tomorrow.
