[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | OpenSSL IPv6 PSK Incompatibility (#683)

So does the following openssl command:
```
openssl s_client -connect [::1]:5000 -psk_identity foo -psk 7df28f5439b5a051cc138b6e12128264
```
send `::1` as hostname? Even if we send a better error code, that is going to be a quite hard to debug incompatibility issue. Should we notify the openssl guys?
