[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | TLS1.3 PSK: support PSK with SHA384 (#386)

I think the rule is no new feature which is enabled by default. So, if there is a step needed for these keys (e.g., a different password file entry), or a flag to be set by the application should be ok. Do you have in mind an implementation?
