[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | support: DTLS connection ID (#801)

Nikos Mavrogiannopoulos created an issue:


  There is a DTLS protocol extension which counters the following problem. When a client changes IPs or ports (e.g., roaming, or firewall state times out and client changes port), it provides a constant connection ID for the server to track the client.
