Tim Rühsen created an issue:


  autoreconf (or bootstrap) prints
```
src/Makefile.am:24: warning: 'LDFLAGS' is a user variable, you should not override it;
src/Makefile.am:24: use 'AM_LDFLAGS' instead
```
