Work-around: link /bin/sh -> /bin/bash

That might save you trouble elsewhere as well (/bin/sh shebang is quite common).

@nmav We had the discussion if we should change the shebangs to `/bin/bash` - at that time I resisted, but now: maybe we should do it. No bash, no GnuTLS test suite.

BTW: 'local' is not POSIX: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/18597697/posix-compliant-way-to-scope-variables-to-a-function-in-a-shell-script
