libasanX and libubsanX are automatically pulled in when installing gcc, except on very old Debian/Ubuntu versions, where you had to explicitly install them.

So I would suggest to remove "libubsan0 libasan1" from the apt-get line and change to commit to say that on older versions of Debian/Ubuntu you have to install those packages manually.
