[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | inet_ntop is available in Windows but not via arpa/inet.h (!947)

Thank you for the MR / report !

We would like to use the gnulib compatibility layer, if possible. Could you add 'arpa_inet' to 'gnulib_modules=...' in bootstrap.conf ? After the change you have to `./bootstrap` and should find `gl/arpa/inet.h`... then you continue with `./configure && make clean && make`.

Could you please test that out - and if it works, update your MR with that change !?
