[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Incorrect handling of session resumption with changed ClientHello (#657)

I'm removing it from the 3.6.7 plan, because that's not a security issue and looks to me like a nice-to-have feature. Indeed a gnutls server will not behave as it should when a client violates the spec, but I do not think that such corner cases handling are something to prioritize.
