[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Add XTS backport from Nettle (!959)

[Development of GNU's TLS library]

Nikos Mavrogiannopoulos started a new discussion on lib/algorithms/ciphers.c:

Is there anything different with XTS in relation with existing block ciphers that we may want to document?
