[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | server auth: disable TLS 1.3 if no signature algorithm is usable (!987)

I updated the patch along those lines, but after adding the `tls13_ok` field in `gnutls_certificate_credentials_st`, the ABI check started to complain. Do you have any idea to suppress it?
