I'll skip those rebuilds then, if you've already managed to test it!

Would the idea be to include more trace-level debugging through the `handshake_client` switch statement to track its path? Because from the logs then it's already showing a mismatch within the REC section (but I guess that could be unimportant/expected behaviour)
