@nmav there doesn't seem to be an easy way for doing so. See #825. 
The only viable option I see for the time being is to remove `VKO-GOST` from `KX-ALL`, but this also looks incorrect to me. @dueno would you have any options on old-KX-vs-TLS1.3?
