[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | gnutls-cli: Add option to wait longer for resumption data (!1232)

My point was that, if the `--waitresumption` option just causes the client to use a bit longer timeout, the option name sounds misleading (because it has nothing to do with resumption). On the other hand, if it actually waits for NST, it may make more sense to wait indefinitely.
