Hello,

When invoking ocsptool like this:

`ocsptool --ask --load-cert /etc/ssl/example.org/example_org-20190505.crt --load-issuer /etc/ssl/example.org/intermediate.crt --outpem --outfile /tmp/ocsp_test.pem`

I expect `/tmp/ocsp_test.pem` to only include the OCSP response, that is the text between the `-----BEGIN OCSP RESPONSE-----` and `-----END OCSP RESPONSE-----`.
