[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Port shell-script tests to init.sh (#1064)

Gnulib provides a test harness called [init.sh](https://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/gnulib.git/tree/tests/init.sh), which takes care of temporary file creation and removal, etc. Porting to it would make the existing tests simpler.
