Why do you think so? The check is here:

and the other branch is:
https://gitlab.com/gnutls/gnutls/-/blob/master/lib/accelerated/x86/x86-common.c#L474

Both registers either `_gnutls_*_padlock` or `_gnutls_*_padlock_nano`, which are backed by the optimized implementation.
