[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Hard requirement of libev breaks builds (#898)

[Development of GNU's TLS library]

Tim Rühsen created an issue: https://gitlab.com/gnutls/gnutls/issues/898



As you might have seen, the OSS-Fuzz build fails for gnutls. This also breaks the OSS-Fuzz builds for Wget and Wget2.

How many test need libev ? Can we possibly skip those tests if libev isn't available ?
