@nmav suggested that we should set `GNUTLS_CERT_INVALID` flag not only when the certificate is revoked, but also the client doesn't receive proper OCSP response. The test doesn't currently exercise those cases, but this is a fairly trivial change. So I will go with this as is unless there are strong objections.
