For the save-ocsp, indeed the DER form is not very flexible, but we can use the PEM form for saving. Breaking `--save-ocsp` may be difficult as there may be test suites using it, but we may introduce a new option to save in PEM form and mark `--save-ocsp` as deprecated so it doesn't even show in the --help. What do you think?
