[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | no such instruction: `xgetbv' when compiling for macOS (#914)

## Description of problem:

It seems the macOS assembler doesn't support that instruction as I get:

```
x86-common.c:154:no such instruction: `xgetbv'

```

## Version of gnutls used:

3.6.10

## Distributor of gnutls (e.g., Ubuntu, Fedora, RHEL)

Custom build.

## How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:

 * Build using gcc (also clang?) for macOS

## Actual results:

Build error above.

## Expected results:

Completed build.
