[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | clang ASAN fails on testcompat-tls13-openssl.sh (#920)

`openssl s_server` behaves differently when starting via TTY in foreground and background (&). In foreground, the test succeeds reliabe. In background the test fails reliable due to openssl server stopping unexpected.

I don't have the time to investigate further (tested all kinds of openssl s_server options, without difference).
