Miroslav Lichvar created an issue: https://gitlab.com/gnutls/gnutls/-/issues/1010

## Description of problem:
When gnutls_aead_cipher_encrypt() is called with a key which has an invalid length, the function returns an error code, but doesn't free the allocated handle. It seems this was fixed in commit 502be13049, but regressed in commit 2eef509ce.

## Version of gnutls used:
Current development branch
