Ok, we may be using different definition of stable here. What I mean that this file is stable to be used for future comparison and detect deviations from the ABI (in the past the output of abi-compliance-checker wasn't stable in that sense). I believe you are referring to, is that this file may change significantly on a minor ABI update (e.g., a new function is added), right?
