To increase `GNUTLS_PKCS11_MAX_PIN_LEN` we may want to check if it is part of the ABI. However that's for PKCS#11 PINs which are mostly short. What we may want to fix here is `certtool` as it should have no limits for non-PKCS#11 passwords.
