Given (1) there is a more flexible way to achieve this using spki and (2) reproducible RSA-PSS signatures don't help with the original intention to avoid `getrandom` call in self-tests, I'd suggest closing this issue and possibly removing the effect of `GNUTLS_PRIVKEY_FLAG_REPRODUCIBLE` flag in RSA-PSS case.
