## Version of gnutls used:
3.5.5

## Distributor of gnutls (e.g., Ubuntu, Fedora, RHEL)
Ubuntu 18.04

## How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:

 * certtool -i --infile path/to/cert_file

## Actual results:

Unknown extension 1.3.6.1.4.1.311.21.1 (not critical):
			ASCII: ...
			Hexdump: 020100

## Expected results:

X509v3 Certificate Policies: 
                Policy: X509v3 Any Policy
                Policy: 1.3.6.1.4.1.311.76.509.1.1
